On the 16 Apr 11, we invited the parents of Art Loft students to a tea party at Mary's Kafe. This is the concluding event to our Eat with Family Project.

The children had been busy in the last 8 weeks, designing and preparing their coasters, placemats, aprons, menu boards, cards, etc, in preparation for this party. And on 16th, they continued their creative work with cookie and cupcake decorations......

While the little pastry chefs are busy in the kitchen, the parents enjoyed the mini exhibitions of the children's artworks. Teacher Seet Fun also conducted a small sharing session with the parents.

Eat With Family is an initiative started by Centre For Fathering and practiced in May each year. This event serves to remind people of the importance of having meals as a family.
